With no design brief 1 OAK was tasked with coming up with a modern concept for our client. We agreed on a New York loft style office, working on a building which started its life in the 1900’s as a flour silo. Our relationship with JV spans years which is why we were entrusted with their head office.

• Custom joinery throughout with stone bench tops in kitchen

• Entire office with epoxy flooring
